Transfer of knowledge is my utmost concern.
As a committed and dedicated pedagogue I teach in diverse contexts. Psychology is a significant topic in the curriculum for prospective teachers. I teach general psychology at the Pädagogische Hochschule Oberösterreich, PH OÖ (University of Education Upper Austria). My main emphasis is on teaching cooperatively and related to practice. Introducing my personal experience is my attempt at creating lively lectures, even when conveying the so-called ‘dry’ matters.

Working academically must include the latest research results in the day-to-day practice. My own research, which flows into the scientific canon in the form of studies, is pivotal. Progress in thinking process, questioning traditionals and replacing them by new findings guarantee a continuing and profound expansion of general knowledge.
As professor at the Pädagogische Hochschule Oberösterreich, PH OÖ (University of Education Upper Austria) not only do I teach the students, but I research in my professional field (Psychology), in order to connect pedagogic knowledge with psychological findings. Not only grasping the human as an individual, but including the whole environment is important to me, as our society is in a major phase of change, all the more making essential a critical view of the phenomena of our time, which concern the human individual.
